Every element in the project has been seamlessly incorporated from the standard AEC materials library, with all measurements in metric units. Built according to current European architectural standards, this magnificent structure boasts four residential levels above ground level, each housing four comfortable flats featuring three bedrooms, an expansive living area with an open kitchen space, and a cozy balcony, bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and entrance hall. Consistency is key, as evident from the identical floor plans found in each unit. Located at the centre of this architectural marvel is a spacious staircase situated within the elevator shaft core. Taking green initiatives to new heights, the rooftop has been ingeniously designed with a green space that serves as insulation, paving the way for beautiful shrubs to thrive and add visual appeal. Providing ample parking for residents, the underground garage accommodates 14 parking spots. This project boasts incredible versatility, with both Autodesk Revit (.rfa) and Blender (2.80 .blend) files readily available. Upon importing these files into Blender, essential lighting for night scenes has been cleverly implemented. What's more, all rooms within this masterpiece remain empty canvases just waiting to be customised, with no pre-existing furniture or design elements hindering the creative process. Crafted by an expert holder of a master's degree in Civil Engineering, this magnificent structure showcases exceptional engineering and design prowess, guaranteed to awe all who lay eyes on it.
