This is an authentic, life-sized replica of a Science Center Building designed by a seasoned architect. USAGE: Use this model for exterior visualization, real-time applications, and games, as well as architecture consulting and educational purposes. Units Used: Centimeters GEOMETRY: The model's mesh boasts high quality with smooth edges. Geometry has been thoroughly tested to ensure no holes, flipped normals, or overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, making it easy to add additional details or edit the geometry. A shell modifier has been applied to glass objects for added realism. Scene objects are organized into layers: * BLD_glass * BLD_slabs * BLD_walls PRESENTATION IMAGES: All preview images were rendered using V-Ray 3.20 software. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl and VrayDirt for geometry testing purposes. MATERIALS: This model comes equipped with both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures are included in the 3dsMax file archive, along with UV mapping on all objects. Materials are properly named for easy identification. ADDITIONAL NOTES: No third-party plugins are required to use this model.
