Rescue Wedge

Small things can save lives. Consider this small thing: my Rescue Wedge. Its unique design serves practical purposes - and here's why it was made for practitioners by one of them. As a seasoned firefighter, I leveraged my experience to create this wedge. The curved nose at the front is deliberately not straight like regular wedges; instead, it tapers upward, resembling a claw. Combined with the rough surface on both the top and bottom edges, the Rescue Wedge prevents doors from springing open. For fire department personnel, SWAT teams, or any specialized organization, an obstructed escape route is nothing short of catastrophic. Take a closer look at the second image to see my customized Rescue Wedge - bearing the insignia of a local fire department. Instructions Printed using an Ultimaker2 3D printer.
