My idea for rescuing individuals in skyscrapers is called Rescue Jet Cage. A friend humorously compared it to a barbecue with two garbage cans on either side. Although not aesthetically pleasing, functionality is key – this device will ascend and descend while maintaining minimal maneuverability. I'll share the dummy file separately.
