Rescue Heroes - Replacement Left Forearm
thingiverse
This is a custom forearm for a Rescue Hero figure from around 2001. Poor Jack Hammer finally got himself into one rescue too many last week... 3-year-olds have an uncanny knack for uncovering weaknesses in old toys. I created this design using Solidworks, and it took a couple of attempts to get the fit just right and ensure smooth movement. It's intentionally a tight fit, with tiny areas that required sanding to get them to slide into place smoothly. I wanted to make sure this replacement forearm wouldn't need glue to hold it in position, but also be easily upgradable.
