I reduced this by 1 notch on the end so it wouldn't interfere with the Replicator 2X lid. There was no issue with the original design for the Rep 2, so this wasn't noticed until I decided to make one for the Rep 2X at work. The filament guide tubes are now held much more securely than Makerbot's device. Note: the second file, ending in "2X", has a shorter lip to fit around the 2X model I have here; it was about 4mm too long and clashed with part of the printer. Instructions I'm building at .3mm layer height with 2 shells and 25% infill on ABS for the Replicator 2X. All other settings are set to default. Use the file ending in "2X" if you have a 2X model. Take out the built-in supports and position them; attach this using double-stick tape between it and your Rep 2/2X to prevent it from falling out when the extruder is at extreme X/Y points (tension on the tubes).
