Request for building permit garage.

My friend requested assistance with obtaining a building permit for an unusual garage project. I created an Acad drawing, including elevations and plans/sections, in 2010. The garage features a basement, ground floor, and attic, built on a sloped location. The design is unique, as it meets the local government's architectural preferences. Once we receive approval, I will create a 3D model with renderings to showcase the finished product. The drawing contains detailed information that may benefit builders working on similar projects.
