This animatronic eye design was inspired by "Dasaki Compact Animatronic Eyes" on Thingiverse, with modified dimensions and layout for a more compact and flatter nose area. It is compatible with RepRap printers using a 0.5mm layer height and can be mounted on top of the RepWalker Mutant RA04 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:326191). The design has a layer height of 0.5mm, so print it with the same settings for optimal results. If your printer is not well-calibrated, print parts #01, #04, and #05 in specific orientations to avoid crossed eyes. There are two unique parts and duplicates of #07-eye-ball and #08-pupil needed. For a stealthy look, print the parts in black and darken screws, servo parts, and wires with a marker. The white pupil can be printed and glued to the eyeball using double-sided tape for testing or super glue for permanent installation. Secure the structure with M3 screws (no nuts) and M2 screws (also no nuts) for servos, preferably using "mini" HobbyKing servos with a 23 x 13mm base flange mount. The blue parts in images represent an older design but demonstrate assembly well.
