ALTHOUGH COMPLETE, THIS DESIGN IS STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE FINISHED SHORTLY. EXPECT; NO COMPATIBILITY BETWEEN VERSIONS. TIGHT FITS/DIFFICULT MOUNTING ARE COMMON ISSUES. I am however printing with these parts myself, so it's not completely flawed at least The tolerance of holes and fits has been set to 0.3mm. (my printer prints up to around .2) ========== This is a significant remake/change/add to the 'Hero Me 2' that can be found here; https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3182917. This design utilizes two times a 5015 blower fan. I've used these; https://www.123-3d.nl/123-3D-Ventilator-24V-50x15mm-radiaal-i2450-t15050.html (50x15mm, 24V, 57mm holes) These dual 5015 fan ducts are configured to have each fan cool one side of the part. Each air channel is direct and short. No air is shared, and I tried to maintain good visibility of the hot-end as possible (it's much better than stock). It has also been designed to be as easy to print as possible, the base can even be printed without. The bridge between the parts of the Cooler has been angled to face the nozzle so LED's can be mounted here ========== You need: 2x 3mm screws (<3mm thick heads) (<7.7mm length!) 2x 5015 blower fan Printed base "Head" Printed cooler "Cooler" Printed base lock "Hero_Me_Gen2/Base_Lock_-_Gen2" ========== Please check 'Hero Me 2' for offsets for add-ons, this design uses the same mounting mechanism, and add-ons should be compatible. ========== Changelog 06-05 updated to V5.3 Fix adjusting cooler hight, -3 to +4 now Added more room for an ABl on the left, should be a 0.5mm gab Known issues; The Cooler needs to be remodeled since it is a pain to change anything right now. The Cooler can only move up 3 mm (Although this should be fine) The Head sometimes shows a sketch while it should be hidden? no clue why (only source .ipt file)
