The Republic P-47D-30 Thunderbolt, nicknamed Torrid Tessie and Philadelphia Filly, belonged to the 346th Fighter Squadron within the 350th Fighter Group during WWII in Italy, 1945. The model was initially created using cinema4D and is detailed enough for close-up renders. It comes with bodypaint textures and standard materials in a zip file. The model features alternative equipment options such as a rocket launcher, droptank, or M65 bomb. Included are 25 textures, 2 materials, and an alpha map for the inside scene. No additional cleanup is necessary as you can simply drop your models into the scene and start rendering. This scene does not require any special plugins to open. Phong shading interpolation/smoothing is set at 35°. The model has separate parts for both flying and standing versions, all available in obj, lwo, fbx, and 3ds formats, compatible with File Version 2010. However, note that the alphamap for the propeller (Run_Alpha) in the fly-version must be manually loaded into the material/opacity channel in c4d R16. The model consists of 150,763 polygons and 105,265 vertices, with 31 objects in total, including 25 textures, 2 materials, and 1 alpha map.
