All parts I have printed while building my (almost complete) reprappro Mendel 3 can be found in the attached zip file. Note that some parts may not be included yet as the printer is still unfinished, but more files will likely be added later. I made a conscious decision to swap out the hotends with a diamond nozzle from Reprap.me, choosing this option over the original optical endstop used by Reprappro. In terms of components, here's a brief rundown on what I've printed so far: The bar clamp is actually a remixed version of one used in a different Reprappro project. However, instead of using it as intended, I attached a fan to mine. The fan guard was designed using the Moon Cactus customizer found on Thingiverse. The end result is functional and serves its purpose nicely. An 8mm igusbushing was created in Tinkercad and printed with nylon - to date, it's been working without any issues. Regarding the lcd box, I decided to use a remix of a design originally by Scarous and simply added some mounts to suit my needs. For optimal results, make sure you print it with supports. Moving on, the plate used to lower the nozzle was created in Tinkercad as well. This modification allowed me to fit a servo motor at the back. The Mendel 3 diamond hotend X carriage was also remixed from Twister's original design but I did manage to squeeze some holes onto it to accommodate the diamond shield cooler blower (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:720520). Additionally, the "nozzle lower plate" would have been added on top of the diamond_shield_cooler_blower if I were to do it again. On the topic of servos, the arm used in my printer was made using Scad originally designed by Wayne Weng (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:630632). I created a mounting plate for this servo as well using Tinkercad and made some slight modifications to make it more compatible with our printer. For those that might be wondering, the Y motor spacer was simply remixed from Reprappro in order to accommodate their motor mount. If you need any extra space though, you might want to look into adding some spacers as well.
