RepRapPro Mendel Frog Plate

This replacement Frog is designed for the RepRapPro model 3D printer. Originally, a laser-cut wood part was used; however, it can be challenging to acquire. In this updated version, a printed frog replaces the laser-cut part. Additional components needed include 12 x 5/16 hex nuts, 12 lock washers (5/16), three printed parts - bottom, middle, and top plate, two threaded rods (5/16, 230 mm long). Assemble by placing the bottom and middle plates on the rod with nuts and lock washers end-to-end, separated by 15mm. The top plate should be placed 63mm away from the middle plate. Optional: add bearing holders to the top and bottom plates. Hole sizes for washers are M3 standard, and nut dimensions also conform to M3 size specifications.
