An upgraded cooling fan setup entails attaching the fan to the X carriage, unlike my prior design. Check out this tutorial for more details: http://www.britishideas.com/2012/10/15/improved-reprappro-mendel-cooling-fan-bracket/. To assemble, print both parts and join them with a M3x18 or longer bolt. Attach a 40mm x 40mm x 10mm fan using M3 bolts. Secure it to the X carriage using its four accessory bolts, ensuring the fan is angled downward towards the hotend and fastened tightly at the joint.
