Rotate 90 degrees to print from base - no supports or raft needed Why bother connecting two fans when one works perfectly? Not too much airflow causes bed heating issues, but enough air keeps your PLA prints clean and solid. This is a cooling fan duct designed for my RepRapGuru Prusa I3. Remove the bolts holding the extruder heatsink in place, then rebuild from motor to washers, extruder housing, black heatsink, cooling duct, and spacer (already on the bolt). While you have this apart, it's time to tighten any loose internal bolts that may not have been properly torqued down at the factory. Print Settings Printer: Reprapguru Prusa i3 v2 Resolution: High Res Infill: 100% Notes: Mine worked fine with PLA. .1mm layer height and 100% infill. Just need to find a bolt to hold the fan to the duct (or simply glue it on).
