Version 3.0 (4/5/2021)
I have revamped this for version 3 and will upload soon. I added a spacer between the heat spreader and used a washer on each of the 2 bolts to attach it so they catch and make it a tight fit against the heat spreader, no more double stick tape needed and the vibration sounds are gone! I will also be uploading another version that has a (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2890290 "BFPTouch") mount. I also extended the tube so it reaches the print better as version 2.0 had 2/3rds of the end blocked by the heater block, no more!
Version 2.0 (Old)
I just removed the longer screw extensions because my coolant block was different. I used some double stick foam tape to make seal better and for vibration dampening, otherwise it vibrated starting around 40% fan speed. Printed at about 45mm speed.
NOTES
Print on the side with the 4 holes where the fan attaches to the bed so the tube ends up being printed in mid-air. Trust me it works. Don't use JERK. PRINT with PETG or ABS. While PLA will work due to being a cooling tube it may start to sag overtime. I used Overture PETG on my version 3.0, version 2.0 was made with Sunlu PLA and started to sag slightly. Your results may vary.
