I created this discreet dial for the Reprapdiscount intelligent interface because the other controls on Thingiverse were too tall for installation and the rotary switch opening was not precise enough to prevent the controls from coming loose. This control is very straightforward in design, and you can modify the SCAD file (included) to make the control the perfect height you require. The discreet dial makes navigating the menu of the intelligent interface more accurate. Print the control in PLA with 20% infill and 0.2mm layer height. Ensure that your hot end is clean to prevent any PLA residue from forming in the rotary switch opening, ensuring the control fits perfectly on the LCD intelligent interface without needing to trim it. The discreet dial really helps make navigating the menu of the intelligent interface more accurate. Enjoy!
