This is a minimalist mounting bracket solution for the RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller (128 x 64 pixels) specifically designed for the BobsCNC RP9 3D printer. The design consists of three parts, requiring no supports and offering a very secure fit. You may need to adjust settings to accommodate your display, in which case visit Tinkercad to create your own modification. However, they have small tabs in the back for the third part, a brace, to be clipped and secured, preventing accidental loosening and release of the display. Simply print it and use it! A note on Tinkercad's mirror function: there appears to be a flaw or an error in the design, causing one side of the brace to be deeper than the other. As such, the brace is only attachable one way. Print Settings: Printer: BobsCNC RP9 v2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 30% Notes: I printed mine in white Excelvan PLA filament on blue painter's tape, always using rafts for easier removal from my blue tape. A 0.2mm air gap will likely result in a clean peel-off. This design was created entirely in Tinkercad, utilizing a digital caliper to gather measurements and undergoing three iterations before achieving a suitable design.
