Added cutout for FFC cable used by Geeetech A10M to bottom cover. Modify top cover to mount flush with LCD frame and remove buzzer and reset button cutouts. Reset still works by pressing on case, but stop accident presses, remove need for 3mm nuts in frame mount. Also include top cover version with buzzer and reset button. Add LCD Cover.
