I encountered difficulties printing the Bottom cover from the original model. The issue was that my slicer insists on printing a single perimeter around each hole before filling in the rest of the bottom. This resulted in many failed prints, since the perimeters of the holes did not adhere well by themselves to the bed and got dragged with the nozzle, creating quite a mess. My solution was to add a solid 0.2mm bottom layer to the entire case, including a fixed Brim, which gave me a better chance to print the holes without issues. See the pictures for reference. Please see the original for the rest of the parts - Kudos to the creator! Print Settings Printer: Geeetech Prusa I3 X Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10-40% Notes: Printed in PLA Post-Printing Cleanup Simply pull off the added Brim and layers that cover the holes. This should be an easy task for anyone, as (at least for me), the bottom layer is the standard 0.2mm thickness. How I Designed This FreeCAD I used FreeCAD and the Sketch/Parts design function to create the original model. The file is attached if you want to improve!
