Introducing my revamped RepRap Mendel Y Pulley design, featuring extended belt teeth for enhanced stepper mounting, while ensuring true rotation with ample pulley on the shaft. A unique aspect is the second part that glues onto the pulley end to capture the belt, secured with Super Glue. Print, clean up, and apply super glue before enjoying your new pulley system; any issues, feel free to reach out. Note that the small outline M3 nut hole may be tight, so use a tap hammer and screwdriver for installation. The Inventor Fusion file is included for customization. Distinctive teeth improve accuracy by eliminating play potential.
