RepRap World's Keypad for Mendelmax

A mash-up of my original panel design and Chillance's was created with multiple variants. Printed is Panel 1 featuring a keypad, LCD, and fan speed controller with one switch. Other options include Panels 2 (keypad and LCD), 3 (keypad, LCD, and blank space for switches), and 4 (keypad, LCD, and two switches). Ensure to verify dimensions before printing. A quick knob design was used due to unavailability of a suitable one. Instructions include printing, attaching components, and mounting the panel on the printer. The required buttons can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27766. On the user's printer, the switch controls two strips of LEDs across the top, with an additional LED for hot end and one for HBP. Don't forget to print it!
