Reprap to CNC Router
thingiverse
To construct a RepRap into a CNC router, print the STL files CNC_ROUTER_CLIP001 and CNC_ROUTER_BED001 using a BLACK & DECKER High Performance Rotary Tool with RTX Flex Shaft. Secure the bed and clip to the extruder with M3 screws and nuts, then attach the drilling head. In software, use Skeinforge with Milling Profile and End Mill selection, importing STL files to generate G-CODE. Utilize RepSnapper to import G-CODE and adjust drilling speeds (10,000-30,000 RPM) based on material. Ensure safety by wearing a mask, glasses, and earmuffs.
