Reprap Spinner and Caps
thingiverse
A fidget spinner featuring reprap's iconic logo will soon be spinning on desks everywhere. This larger-than-usual spinner (diameter approaching 3 inches) is still perfectly functional. Both standard versions use a 608 skate bearing as the centerpiece, while the unweighted version demands high infill to stay balanced. In contrast, the weighted version accepts American pennies on its underside, offering an affordable alternative to additional bearings. No bearings at all? The gear-bearing spinner type uses Emmett's ingenious design, and despite initial doubts about its performance, it's definitely worth a try. Both weighted and unweighted versions are available for this unique fidget toy. The spinner caps are modified versions of those found in 2ROBOTGUY's popular Tri Fidget Spinner Toy, which was first discovered in Berky93's Pulsar Spinner. Two options are included: the reprap teardrop logo and the words "rep rap." The logo version is highly recommended, as its details are more pronounced. However, the gear-bearing version might not accommodate these caps, but with a bearing this awesome, who would want to conceal it? Support the creators of your favorite printers by making one today!
