RepRap reworked - Upper Section

RepRap reworked - Upper Section

thingiverse

I've rewritten the standard reprap to suit my needs. I've replaced linear bearings with open-v wheels, and it's running incredibly smoothly. All the necessary components are available in Tinkercad and will be posted here later. The objective of this printer is to showcase what can be achieved by reworking an existing model taken from https://www.schaalbouw.nl/projects/3d.htm. Perhaps you'll find some inspiration for your own projects as well! Here's the breakdown of the key components used: - Z-Axis bars are 13mm in diameter - Z-Axis threaded rods measure 8mm in diameter - X-Axis bars also have a diameter of 8mm The Z-Axis employs an oldham coupler to prevent wobbling. This simple yet effective design works flawlessly. For the second part of this project, visit https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2454278.
