Following unsuccessful trials, I devised a fan mount compatible with the extruder motor. This fits my Greg's Hionged Accessible Extruder and also suits Wade's Extruder. The chosen fan is http://www.dealextreme.com/p/cooling-fan-for-vga-video-display-card-4cm-4cm-15564. Ensure the motor width is 42.5 mm; adjust the openscad file if necessary. Post-print, remove or trim supports and adhere the mount to the extruder motor.
