I'm creating these couplings for the RepRap Mendel Prusa as an upgrade from its stock counterparts. Since my machine is still under construction, I am unsure of their flexibility. Your feedback would be highly valued. For this version, the inner corners have been rounded off to facilitate easier extrusion during assembly. The part was manufactured using a 10x10x34mm Acetal Acetate block, a small circular saw, and a drill press.
