RepRap Mendel Extruder Holder for E3D V6 extruder

This is a front plate for the X-slide of a RepRap Mendel Printer, made to hold E3D's V6 extruder. I introduced a pocket for a captive nut into the side of the V6 holder base. It was designed for a #4-40 screw, with a nut that measures 6.3 mm (flat-to-flat). To adjust for different sized nuts, enter a value in module holder_base() of the OpenSCAD file. This source file was previously used to create this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3062847. I built off it because it contained a partial model of the RepRap printer that helped me plan the new holder. As such, it contains some files needed for the prior design. This is a remix of this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2369011. The included model of the V6 extruder was downloaded from Thingiverse. It may have been this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:433258, but I'm not sure.
