Reprap LCD 2020 Side Swivel Mount

I modified this to mount on the left side of Anet AM8 frame, also allowing it to swivel. Being on the left side, it could interfere with the x-axis stepper motor depending on the angle you have the screen mounted and its height compared to your print's height. So be cautious of this. The holes for the base are M5, while the hinges are M3. I haven't printed this yet, but I plan to do so in the next few weeks. Edit 8/16/17 - I redid the hinges to make them easier to print for those with less-than-perfect bed adhesion. I've since printed it out and fitted it to my AM8. The M5 holes are a bit tight, while the M3 holes in the hinge are loose, but both have similar tolerances in the model. My printer calibration is probably off a bit. I'm using thumb wheel nuts for the hinges so I can swivel the screen and lock it into position.
