My second iteration of the RepRap Kocet R1 has finally taken shape, crafted from lasercut 4mm steel with a dash of creativity inspired by generative design techniques. Currently, this innovative printer holds center stage as my go-to machine for producing high-quality prints. I'll be updating the render regularly to reflect any refinements that come its way, and please keep in mind that this is just a quick draft - a proof of concept if you will. Meanwhile, I've already taken it upon myself to push the boundaries further with an R3 version, which boasts a more compact design while maintaining the same generous build area. This latest iteration has proven to be far more practical and user-friendly.
