The component maintains the 4mm glass parallel to the hot bed circuit board. It presupposes utilization of a 4mm wooden base and a 3mm nut sandwiched between the wood and PCB. Consequently, the arrangement is as follows (from bottom): 4mm thick wooden plate, M3 nut (standard height), Reprap Hot bed PCB, and finally, 4mm glass.
