Reprap Gen 6 Electronics Enclosure
thingiverse
This is a reprap generation 6 electronics enclosure with an attractive design, accommodating a power entry module and switch for a neat appearance. If there's demand, I can create kits with hinged lids. To assemble, laser cut parts from 5.7 mm material and stain if desired. Attach sides to the bottom using M3 nuts and screws. Place the PSU at the base and secure it with four M4x12 screws and washers. Mount the power entry module with two M3x12 screws and nuts. Position the gen6 board with connectors facing up and USB connector forward, attaching it to four 15mm M3 standoffs. Connect the power entry module to the PSU using .25" quick disconnect flag terminals and .2" fork terminals, as well as two .3" fork terminals for the 12V connection from the PSU to the "Euro connector" on the main board. Finally, secure all components and connect wiring to the gen6 board as labeled.
