RepRap Belt Tightener for Y axis
thingiverse
This is a belt tightening mechanism designed for RepRap printers, which allows precise adjustment of belt tension. Previously, I encountered issues with high-speed Y-axis movements causing objects to shift incorrectly due to the motor making the belt jump off the pulley, resulting in Y position errors. To resolve this, a 608Z ball bearing is recommended. This invention may prove helpful if you face similar problems; apologies for any language errors as I'm still learning English.
