Printing:2x spool adapters. Print wide side down; no supports required.2x crossmember flat. Print flat. I created this from scratch as I did not want to deal with trying to print something this tall in vase mode.Either:1x Arbor Flat. While this works, the plastic-on-plastic noise is horrendous.1x Arbor Shaft, 2x Arbor Cap. Cap requires support where the screw head goes.Print or cut 2x side panels from the original RackStand model. The sturdier the better.Materials:Required:4x #6x5/8" (16 mm) self-tapping screws, same as used in the rest of the RepRack system.Optional:2x M5x30 mm screws2x M5 nuts2x 608 bearing, or printed alternative. I am finding that there is too little friction with metal bearings and the spool ends up over-spinning when it gets to a certain point in its rotation.Assembly:Screw through side panels into crossmembers. If using the bearing arbor, insert nut into slot. Bearing goes on cap, and screw goes in from the outside. Thread-locker may be desirable.I will note that I am using this on a table with the printable wall cleats screwed into the table. I think there is a high likelihood of the spool pulling itself out of the side panels if this is mounted vertically.
