For each cleat, you need 2 M5x18 bolt and 2 M5 hammer nuts. If tapping and threading the extrusion, you'll likely need longer bolts. I've found a little bit of warping is actually a good thing for this model. The mount applies a constant force on the bolt, eliminating the need for lock washers.There are also some 3.5mm holes near the top of the model.
