A case for the very useful RepPanel, A DIY alternative to the PanelDue with WiFi support for the Duet3D Duet2 and Duet3 controller boards. More info on RepPanel at: http://wolfgangchristl.de/reppanel-a-paneldue-alternative/ and https://github.com/seeul8er/RepPanel\_ESP32 The case is designed so the lid can be removed without tools, making access easy even if already mounted. Mount was designed for Railcore 300ZL which uses 1515 extrusions, but the mount could be easily modified. FreeCAD design file included. Print Settings Printer: Railcore 300ZL Rafts: NoSupports: No Resolution: 0.20 mmInfill: 20% Filament: Inland PETG Translucent Notes: Lid will need to be flipped upside down in your slicer to print properly without supports. Print 4 of the standoffs (if needed, you may use your own 11mm tall standoffs). Post-Printing Assembly hardware required: For attaching RepPanel and PCR board sandwich to the case, I used 4 M3x20mm bolts, with M3 washers (one on each bolt -- see the photos). The order is: bolt, washer, PCR board, standoff, RepPanel. You may need to clean out the standoffs with an M3 bit if you bolt does not slide easily in the standoff. For attaching the mount to the lid, I used 4 M3x8mm bolts. There are six holes, but four bolts are sufficient. For attaching the mount to my 1515 extrusions, I had M3 nuts in the extrusion channels, and used 2 M3x10 bolts. Category: 3D Printer Accessories
