Replicator Window Clips for 0.093
thingiverse
I appreciated Nben's video clips, and I prefer using Polycarbonate/Lexan over Plexiglass for my project. I discovered 11" by 18" sheets that are simple to cut for side window installation. Additionally, leaving the bolts slightly loose with a small handle allows me to remove side windows without unbolting them entirely. Please share your thoughts on how to enhance these designs if you have any suggestions. Don't forget to print each file once per window, as they're compact enough for 80%+ infill. The Clip Outside.stl file requires support but remember to drill a M3 bolt hole in each clip after printing. Lastly, cut your Polycarbonate sheets according to the side cutout dimensions and mount the clips slightly into the material for optimal fitment. Your feedback on improvement is highly appreciated.
