The Makerbot Replicator bracket suits small diameter spools (28mm) with a wider range (up to 95mm). It is compatible with 1kg and 1.25kg filament spools from BilbyCNC, Australia. A Sketchup design is also provided for those who prefer it. To print the bracket, download the STL file, no glue or assembly is needed. Before printing, pre-heat your Replicator (HBP only), open the STL file in ReplicatorG, adjust the model position, and generate a .gCode file with raft/support set to yes, fill at 50 for strength, and default temperatures of HBP 115'C and Extruder 223'C. Save the file onto an SD card, insert it into your Replicator, and print from the SD card.
