Replicator print head centering calibration thing
thingiverse
To resolve an issue with my Replicator's print head alignment, I created a basic rectangle to outline the build platform using a thin border. Here are the steps to follow: 1. Connect your Replicator to your computer via USB. 2. Generate GCOODE for printing. 3. Print the rectangle design. 4. Measure the print head's position past the edge of the build platform with calipers. 5. Adjust the offsets in Machine | Onboard Preferences | Homing / VREFs and commit changes to update the firmware. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 until alignment is correct.
