Replicator (plus CTC and other Clones) Dual Extruder Level

This is a compact tool for the dual nozzle Replicator and its clones, such as the CTC Bizer. I didn't want to remove my entire print head from its carriage to level nozzles, unlike some older printers that require it. The nozzles on the CTC are held by a grub screw and don't need the heatsink bar removed to align them. This tool is shorter than others used for nozzle alignment with the carriage. You can press it into place, ensure the nozzles are flush with it, then tighten their setting screws and you're done. I also added mounting screw holes similar to other tools in case they come in handy on your carriage.
