Introducing an improved Heated Bed Platform board for Replicator 3D printers. This board replaces the original's failing HBP power connectors and damaged heater boards during repairs, offering a solution through its thru-hole equivalent connector and solder pads/holes for high-current pin wiring. It also features no silkscreen on the heater surface to ensure close thermal contact with the platform plate, copper around mounting holes for consistent clamping force, and copper fill on the heater side for a flatter surface and improved heat transfer. The trace corners have been rounded for reduced heat generation, and different trace widths in 'zones' of the board aim to even out temperature gradients. Additional features include a visible thru-hole LED, extra copper filling for cooling, offset connector tab for potential price breaks, and updated holes for 3-point leveling systems. The Gerber files are available for fabrication, with a completed version demonstrating excellent performance after nine months of use. However, be cautious of exposed 24V pins on the connector and consider covering them to avoid short circuits.
