Replicator Gen 5 Multi-Spool Holder Assembly v1.2

As a MakerBot reseller, we transport our Replicator 5 to various conferences for demonstrations. I wanted an easy-to-transport multi-spool holder, so I created this design. It's a combination of printed parts and 1" PVC pipe, painted any color you like. I chose red printed parts and grey metallic PVC. The structure is designed to be flush with the Replicator's back, but I cut the upper PVC too short. I'm currently revising it and will post new photos when it's ready. Each printed piece has screw holes, so I recommend screwing the PVC into them for stability once you assemble everything. This design was printed at .3mm thickness with 15% infill. If you find a better combination, please share it in the comments. The top left bracket pin isn't sturdy; I broke its handle portion and just pushed the pin into the bracket, but it works well. Next time, I'll replace it with a metal pin. The top right bracket needs supports, so print that piece separately. The spool holder inserts aren't necessary, but they let the spools spin more freely. If you're curious about the PVC paint, I used Rust-oleum Metallic Flat Soft Iron. I prefer Rust-oleum for all spray painting jobs. To make this design, you'll need a 10-foot length of 1" PVC; you'll have some extra in case you need to redo any pieces. Here are the revised PVC measurements: lower legs - 9", upper legs - 10", lower cross-beam - 18", and upper beam - 20".
