Replicator Flat Build Plateform
thingiverse
To print large objects, it's essential to avoid waiting for Makerbot solutions. For Makerbot Replicator users, fix the warped build plate first. The process involves machining a 6" wide, 1/4" thick T6 aluminum flat bar to perfection and drilling holes with socket head screws for attachment to HBP. Account for extra thickness by tilting the HBP platform about 8 degrees. However, a thinner build plate would be more ideal; hopefully, Makerbot Innovations will offer an improved solution soon.
