The fan guard is designed specifically for individual replicator extruder fans, safeguarding the delicate fan from damage caused by an Allen key when removing the lower bolts. It is highly recommended to use a fan cover, either this one or another or even a customized one. The STL file is available for download and can be modified using default settings of 118% infill with 20% abs infil.
