As mentioned, this update involves using the same hardware as MakerBot's spring-loaded drive block. Simply print and replace the spring, bearing, and two mounting screws. Credit goes to FD_engineer for the base models. NinjaFlex is fantastic! For printing, use standard settings in MakerWare with ABS for excellent results. Included are stp and ipt files for those who wish to modify.
