Replicator Build Plate Extension (39% Bigger!!!)
thingiverse
This innovative approach aims to make use of Replicator's extra space (3.5 inches) for larger PLA prints. By replacing or adding a plexi glass sheet (6x12.5 inches) on top of the existing build plate, users can expand their printing area. However, it should be placed slightly off-center to the left. To do so, move the Z axis end stop to adjustable slots and align with specific laser-cut holes. Lastly, update the center of your build platform in ReplicatorG preferences (X home offset = 163, Y home offset = 75). This setup allows for larger prints while still leaving room around the target print.
