To prevent X-Axis cable failure, I swapped out the original cable for a 1.5sq.mm high flex silicone one from my RC hobby. Due to its larger diameter, I altered the cable's routing method, securing it with a stepper screw and clips to the base of the bot. A longer M3 screw is required. This modification may work for Rep2, but it hasn't been tested. Print 30 chain segments with 3 shells and 20% infill, requiring supports only at the top end.
