Replicator 2X Metal Filament Drive Accessories

The stock extruder drive has been a thorn in my side, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and ordered a metal assembly from Amazon. These assemblies are relatively common and claim to be designed specifically for the Replicator 2X, but it turns out they're not quite right. The ones I ended up with had misaligned holes through the middle, and on top of that, the bracket would sit too close to the motor and nowhere near the hot end hole. After re-drilling the bottom hole for the filament, I designed a motor spacer that will offset the main filament drive bracket perfectly. This spacer is designed to work in conjunction with the tension bar, which has a screw-in filament guide tube on top. The tube is meant to hold 1.75 mm teflon tubes inside the main teflon filament guides to help center the filament accurately. Note: To ensure proper alignment, print one spacer and check if it fits over the hot end before printing both. You may need to make some adjustments to get it working on your specific printer.
