This upgrade is based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:42250 by whpthomas; follow his instructions for required items. Key modifications include a shorter arm, a large feed hole, and attachment of the base to the motor via top left and right screw holes. A groove allows for front-mounted screws to secure the arm, while nuts at the back hold screws passing through the arm. ReplicatorG with default Replicator 1 profile was used for slicing with settings detailed below: Object fill: 25% Layer height: 0.27 Number of shells: 1 Temperature: 245 Makerbot Black ABS Feedrate for pin: 30 Travel feedrate for pin: 60 Feedrate and travel feedrate for arm and base plate: 60 and 100, respectively.
