Replicator 2X bearing block

This is the left-hand bearing block for a Replicator 2X. My own unit wore out where the pulley shaft meets the block, so I decided to print one on my Taz 6. The slip bearings are held in place by a rubber O-Ring. I will be adding a retainer plate to both ends to secure the bearing firmly in its seat. Designed with Solid Works. Update: 10/06/2016 Revision 1.1 The timing belt clamps were offset, which needed correction. I adjusted the offset for the timing belt clamps and made them thicker for added rigidity. Rev. 1.2 I cleaned up some edges and reinforced the belt clamps for extra strength. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 6 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .25 Infill: 40 Notes: Printed at 40% infill with 2mm walls to provide necessary strength.
