Hi! I've made a conversion to my Replicator 2, letting me print ABS with a heated bed. The problem was with MakerBot Desktop - there's no option to heat the bed since the genuine Replicator 2 doesn't have one originally. So, I tweaked the JSON profile for it. Here's what you need to do: replace the files in (Makerbot/makerware/S3g/profiles) with these ones and restart the Conveyor Service in MakerWare/Desktop app. Compatible with versions 3.4/3.5 - an upcoming update will make this mod available for 3.6 too! Two files are waiting for you in the repository: one is for users who have installed the genuine Rep2X heatbed, which you can order directly from MakerBot; the other is designed specifically for BottleWorks' larger heatbed. Just a heads-up - if you own a Replicator 2X as well, it will be detected as a single extruder, non-heated bed, so please make sure to back up your original files before proceeding.
